Proprietary TriPort® headphone structure provides rich audio performance while keeping the headphone design compact and streamlined. The proprietary soft-cushion, on-ear design establishes a critical acoustical seal between the headphones and your ears. Unlike conventional, bulky noise-reduction headphones, Bose QuietComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones are lightweight and comfortable and feature the on-ear design. Traditional, over-ear headphones are also available.

Whether you take them on a plane or to the office, your Bose QuietComfort 3 Noise-Cancelling Headphones will fold flat to store easily in the included carrying case to put into your briefcase. A single detachable audio cable gives you easy access to portable players, home stereos and in-flight entertainment systems; adapters convert the 3.5mm headphone plug to a 6.3mm home stereo plug or to fit dual-plug outlets. The audio cable can be removed when you simply want the benefits of noise reduction.

These headphones are powered by a rechargeable battery, included, which provides 20 hours of play.
